|Recommended: YesGood place to live if single — Lived in the building for about 4 years. The maintenance staff is excellent, the hallways and common areas are cleaned a few times a week and the apartments are well appointed. Kudos to the property managers for their professionalism and promptness in replying.
Only downside is that you can hear who is above or below you fairly clearly but whomever is beside you cannot hear at all.
The neighborhood is filled with friendly people and what is walking range is fantastic
|Recommended: YesGreat apartment with nice finishes — 3501 Clinton is a great little apartment building with friendly tenants. Everyone was clean and new when I moved in. Being spring I have not tried the air conditioning - I imagine it works great
|Recommended: YesGreat option for single young professionals in Ohio City — Management is very responsive and professional when issues arise. Having a dedicated parking lot is a huge bonus and I've never seen it 100 full. Neighbors are rarely heard unless you're right next to the hallway doors. With the exception of the old-school baseboard heating which can get a bit loud when turning on all the appliances and windows are new and energy efficient, which helps keep utility bills down.
This is the first lease I've re-signed for multiple years since moving to OC and I plan on moving to another MyPlace property next, which is probably the strongest indicator of a good landlord you can ask for.
|Recommended: YesOverall Good Experience — The apartments are a little on the small side but very much livable. The location is great and having the parking lot driveway was really convenient so I didn't have to worry about finding a spot on the street.
